Bagels

We had a baking day and we decided on Bagels.  Assembling the ingredients, nothing exotic required.

These bagels have been shaped and had a little rest to rise a bit.  They are waiting for their dunk in boiling honey water.

 

After. they get a sprinkle with sesame, poppy, everything seasoning, or cheese. 

Now they're ready for baking.

 

Look at them, all golden brown and delicious.  And so much easier than I expected.  They were so good that I made a second batch after the girls left.
