The August Garden

It's been hot and humid and the garden is getting a little crispy.  There are still a few things blooming.  Hot pokers are so pretty.

And these wildflowers out in the field.

The seed heads are incredible.

The butterflies are loving the Joe Pye Weed.

We still have a next of baby birds.

He was hoping I was his mother with something to eat.
