Waffles

When the boys were at home, I would make a triple batch of waffles every week or so and freeze them. They had toaster waffles for breakfast or snacks, every day, for years. I got very tired of waffles.

Time has passed and I decided to give them a try again.

 

I used Marion Cunningham's recipe which I discovered on Orangette.  I changed nothing.

 

These are so light and crispy.  Perfect with butter and syrup, or butter and honey, or butter and jam.
