Needlepoint

For some reason, I signed up at Pins and Needles to do a needlepoint ornament of the month.  I've never done needlepoint before and I guess this looked like a quick and easy project.  And it is.  And I like it.  I do these while I watch t.v. in the evenings.  Here is the January ornament.  

 

This is the February ornament.  I didn't even like this canvas when I got it.  I figured that I would just give it away as a present.  Everything changed when I got it back from the finisher.  It turned out great!

 Who knew that I would like needlepoint?
