We've Moved

We have officially moved out of our house.  I'm trying to settle into the apartment and get used to apartment life.  My knitting directions are in the car and it is in the parking space which is not convenient, so there they will stay until I need to go somewhere that requires the car.  That will be a while because I don't like getting in and out of the parking space.  You have to drive onto a giant elevator thing and its creepy.

I have sorted out that the maximum amount of groceries I can manage at a time is four bags.  Otherwise, it becomes a rather involved process to get through the doors and up the elevator.  We made it to the Dupont Circle Farmer's Market on Sunday.  It is one of the best Farmer's Markets I've been to and I made quite a haul.  Cheese and crackers, eggs, cream, fresh butter, apples, tomatoes, basil, lettuce, bread, mushrooms, and a few other odds and ends.  Sorry, no pictures as I'm not sure where the camera is.  I'm sure it's here somewhere, though.

I do have a picture of another ornament that I finished.  The designer is Mindy.  She is the same person that designed bird ornament.

I'm also working on another one of her designs now.  It was my "watching t.v." project.  We don't have a t.v. in the apartment, but I'll keep working on it anyway.
